Savory tomato pie from the oven with sweet onion and couscous au gratin with old cheese.

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Let the dough thaw.
  2. Cut the tomatoes into slices and remove the seeds and the moisture. Dab the tomato dry with kitchen paper.
  3. Beat the eggs with the crème fraîche, thyme, sugar and season with salt and pepper.
