Savory tomato pie from the oven with sweet onion and couscous au gratin with old cheese.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Let the dough thaw.

Cut the tomatoes into slices and remove the seeds and the moisture. Dab the tomato dry with kitchen paper.

Beat the eggs with the crème fraîche, thyme, sugar and season with salt and pepper.

Stir in the grated cheese through the egg mixture. Grease the cake mold and cover with dough.

Sprinkle the couscous over the dough base (to absorb released moisture).

Cut the onion into rings and spread over the dough base. Put the tomato rings on it.

Pour the egg mixture into the tart mold to an even layer.

Fry the cake in the middle of the oven for 30-35 minutes until done.
