Tomato risotto with sausages
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, olive oil, onion (chopped), risotto rice (pack a 400 g), tomato cubes (400 g), chicken broth (from tablet), Catalan sausages (a 6 pieces, meat department), iceberg lettuce and red- wine vinegar.

Fry 2 tbsp oil in frying pan and fry gently for 2 min.

Add rice and stir until rice is glassy.

Dust the tomatoes into small pieces of tomatoes and heat them until moisture is absorbed by rice.

Add a portion of broth and add it to the rice, until rice is tender until about 20 minutes.

In the meantime heat 2 tablespoons of oil in frying pan and sausages around brown bowls.

Turn the fire low and let sausages be cooked for about 15 minutes.

Drizzle iceberg lettuce in pieces, rinse and dry, or tumble dry in salad spinner.

In salad bowl dressing stirring leftover oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.

Mix it through.

Season the risotto with salt and (cayenne) pepper and create on four plates.

Put sausages on it, serve separately..
