Tomato salad with 3 cheese soups
Salad of cherry tomatoes, manchego, goat cheese, ricotta, coriander, mint and parsley
Halve all tomatoes and put them in a bowl. Drizzle with oil, sprinkle with sea salt and scoop.
Crumble the manchego and goat's cheese into separate containers.
Spoon the ricotta in a third bowl and stir a little.
Add the coriander leaves in pieces to the manchego.
Do the same with the fresh mint and add to the goat's cheese.
Slice the parsley and add to the ricotta.
Serve the tomatoes with the toppings. Have everyone compose their favorite tomato salad.
