Tomato soup with garlic croutons
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian starter contains the following ingredients: white bread, garlic, butter or margarine, whipped cream, fresh parsley (a 30 g) and basil tomato soup (60 g).

Cut crusts of bread, cut slices in half and halve.

Peel garlic.

Melt butter in frying pan and fry crisps for 5 minutes.

Last minute crushing out the garlic.

Bring 600 ml of water to the boil in a (soup) pan.

Beat whipped cream.

Parsley finely cut.

Take the pan of fire and stir in the contents of the bag of soup and whisk.
