Tomato tumbling


A tasty recipe. The vegetarian starter contains the following ingredients: tasty tom tomatoes, brown bread, fresh Italian spice mix (20 g), garlic (pressed), freshly ground black pepper, olive oil, pecorino cheese ((service department) and grated).

Directions

  1. Clean tomatoes and cut into thin slices.
  2. Remove bread from crust and crumble (in food processor).
  3. Sprinkle and finely chop herbs from twigs.
  4. In a bowl mix tomato slices with bread crumbs, garlic and three quarters of herbs.
  5. Season with pepper.
  6. Fry 2 tbsp oil in large frying pan with non-stick coating.
  7. Spread half of the tomato mixture over the bottom and bake on both sides.
  8. Do it on board.
  9. Heat 2 more oil and fry the rest of the tomatoes in the same way.
  10. Preheat the oven grill.
  11. Put a layer of cheese in timbals.
  12. Prepare and smooth out half of the tomato mixture.
  13. Sprinkle with half of remaining cheese.
  14. Put the rest of tomatoes on and press down slightly.
  15. Divide the rest of the cheese.
  16. Place the timbals under grill and have the top colored golden brown in 2 minutes.
  17. Smooth knife along edge of molds and carefully pour content onto four plates.
  18. Keep backed herbs around.
  19. (Warm) serve warm..
