A tasty recipe. The gluten-free starter contains the following ingredients: fish, shallots, traditional olive oil and fresh cod fillet (in 4 pieces).

Fry the bacon in a frying pan without oil or butter in 6 min. Crisp. Drain on kitchen paper.

Chop the shallot. Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the shallot for 3 minutes. Add the wine and bring to the boil. Leave to boil for 5 minutes on low heat.

In the meantime, dry the fish and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Heat the rest of the oil in a frying pan and fry the fish in 5 minutes until done. Turn halfway.

Place a slice of bacon on each plate, put a piece of cod on it and cover with bacon.

Remove the sauce from the heat and stir in the capers and olive oil. Distribute over the cod tome splits.
