Tortellini cheese dish from the microwave
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: tortellini bicolore (fresh pasta, 250 g), broccoli florets (300 g), butter, flour, semi-skimmed milk, mozzarella ((cheese), diced), gorgonzola ((cheese) and in pieces).

In large pan tortellini with broccoli just do not cook al dente. Drain and cool in colander. Melt butter in a saucepan. Stir in flour and gently bake for 1 min. Without discolouring. Pour half of the milk into pan, bring to the boil and continue to stir with ladle until smooth sauce is created (this takes about 2 minutes). Add remaining milk and gently simmer for 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Use large pan again to mix tortellini and broccoli with cheese and sauce. Place the dish in a microwave dish, let it cool down and put it in a refrigerator until use.

Heat tortellini dish covered in microwave for 5-6 minutes at full power (700 watts). Interim once in a while.
