Tortellini cheese dish from the microwave


A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: tortellini bicolore (fresh pasta, 250 g), broccoli florets (300 g), butter, flour, semi-skimmed milk, mozzarella ((cheese), diced), gorgonzola ((cheese) and in pieces).

Directions

  1. In large pan tortellini with broccoli just do not cook al dente. Drain and cool in colander. Melt butter in a saucepan. Stir in flour and gently bake for 1 min. Without discolouring. Pour half of the milk into pan, bring to the boil and continue to stir with ladle until smooth sauce is created (this takes about 2 minutes). Add remaining milk and gently simmer for 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Use large pan again to mix tortellini and broccoli with cheese and sauce. Place the dish in a microwave dish, let it cool down and put it in a refrigerator until use.
  2. Heat tortellini dish covered in microwave for 5-6 minutes at full power (700 watts). Interim once in a while.
