Directions

  1. Boil the sprouts in 6 minutes al dente.
  2. Cook the tortellini according to the instructions on the packaging.
  3. Drain the sprouts and tortellini and drain well. Rinse cold water over the sprouts.
  4. Heat the olive oil and stir-fry the bacon and shallots for 3-4 minutes until the bacon is crispy.
  5. Put the sprouts, tortellini and thyme through. Heat briefly and season with salt and pepper.
