Tortilla pie with beans, coriander and cheese
Savory pie of stir-fry vegetables, bean dish, wraps, grated cheese and coriander.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the stir-fry vegetable for 2 min. On medium heat. Add the bean dish and the paprika and cook for another 5 minutes. Cover well.

Meanwhile, sprinkle the wraps with the cheese and bake 2 wraps in the oven for 5 minutes. Repeat with the other wraps. Keep warm under aluminum foil.

Cut the coriander coarsely. Store 2 tbsp coriander (per 4 people) to garnish.

Place 1 wrap on the bottom of the spring form. Spoon half of the bean vegetable dish onto the tortilla and sprinkle with a little coriander. Make 2 more layers.

Finish with a wrap. Press gently. Garnish with the coriander.
