Spoon the vegetables with the oil. Heat a grill pan and grill the vegetables until they have nice grill stripes.

Heat the tortillas in a frying pan and brush them with cream cheese.

Fold the sides of the tortillas slightly inwards and roll them up.

Let the wraps stiffen for about 15 minutes in the refrigerator with the seam downwards. Then cut into rolls of about 4 cm.
