Directions

  1. Spoon the vegetables with the oil. Heat a grill pan and grill the vegetables until they have nice grill stripes.
  2. Stir in the cream cheese with the pesto.
  3. Heat the tortillas in a frying pan and brush them with cream cheese.
  4. Always invest with 2 slices of roast beef and a bar of each vegetable.
  5. Fold the sides of the tortillas slightly inwards and roll them up.
  6. Let the wraps stiffen for about 15 minutes in the refrigerator with the seam downwards. Then cut into rolls of about 4 cm.
