Tosties with pink salmon and coleslaw
Tosti with corn, young cheese, pink salmon and a salad of red cabbage and carrot.

Drain the salmon and corn. Mix the salmon with half of the corn, cheese and pepper to taste.

Cut 8 slices of bread. Divide the salmon mixture over 4 slices and place the rest of the slices of bread on top.

Heat 2 large frying pans without oil or butter and fry in each pan 2 toasts for 12 min. On low heat. Turn halfway.

In the meantime, finely chop the chives. Mix ¾ of it with the red cabbage, carrots, raisins, the rest of the corn and the salad dressing.

Serve the sandwiches with the coleslaw and garnish with the rest of the chives.
