Directions

  1. Cut cake into cubes.
  2. Place cubes of cake in glass bowl.
  3. Peel the pears and remove the cores.
  4. Cut pears into pieces and sprinkle with lemon juice.
  5. Divide peer pieces over cake and pour custard over them.
  6. Garnish with whipped cream and crisps..
