Trout with bacon
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, trout (whole), lemon (cleaned), fresh parsley (15 g), garlic (finely chopped), olive oil and smoked breakfast bacon.

Rinse the trout under cold water and pat dry with kitchen paper.

Grate the yellow skin of the lemon above a bowl.

Squeeze the lemon and drizzle the inside and outside of the trout with the lemon juice.

Slice the parsley and mix in the lemon zest, the garlic and 2 tablespoons of oil.

Sprinkle the abdominal cavities of the trout with salt and (freshly ground) pepper and fill with the parsley mixture.

Wrap 4 slices of bacon for each trout.

Brush the trout thinly with oil and store them in the refrigerator until use.

Place the trout in the greased fish clamps and cook them over a moderately hot fire for 10-15 minutes.

Turn the trout regularly..
