Grind the dates and cranberries for 1 minute in the food processor until a ball is created.

Add the cocoa powder, oil, pecan nuts and cinnamon to the dadel mixture. Mele for another 30 seconds.

Roll balls of the mixture, place them on a plate and put them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Sprinkle the cocoa powder on a plate. Roll the truffles through the cocoa powder so that they are covered all around. Serve immediately.
