Directions

  1. Grind the dates and cranberries for 1 minute in the food processor until a ball is created.
  2. Add the cocoa powder, oil, pecan nuts and cinnamon to the dadel mixture. Mele for another 30 seconds.
  3. Roll balls of the mixture, place them on a plate and put them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle the cocoa powder on a plate. Roll the truffles through the cocoa powder so that they are covered all around. Serve immediately.
