Directions

  1. Put the tuna in a bowl. Pour a dash of milk over the bread cubes. Mix the tuna with the bread, the egg yolk, the parsley and some salt and pepper into a coherent whole and form a flattened ball. Put it covered in the refrigerator until it is baked.
  2. Sprinkle the tuna burger on both sides with flour. Heat a dash of oil in a frying pan and fry the burger over medium heat in about 5 minutes per side until tender and golden brown.
  3. Sprinkle the spring onion rings over the burger. Serve the burger with some salad between a toasted bun and scoop some seasoned tomato sauce or curry sauce from a jar or bottle. Or eat with lettuce and fries and one of the sauces mentioned above.
