In the morning, remove the tuna fillet from the freezer and defrost in the refrigerator.

Boil water for the pasta and cook the pasta until done on the packaging.

In the meantime, heat the olive oil in a frying pan and let the forest on low heat soften.

Put another frying pan on the fire and melt the knob of butter in it.

Bake the tuna steak like a steak, so 3 to 4 minutes on each side.

Remove the tuna steak from the heat, place it on a chopping board and let the fish rest.

Meanwhile pour the pasta and add to the spring onions.

Stir in the mini's and season with salt and pepper.

Spoon the pasta on a plate.

Cut the tuna into pieces and spread the fish over the pasta. Serve immediately.
