Tuna risotto with paprika
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, olive oil, onion (chopped), risotto rice (bag 500 g), Italian (herbs (pot 12 g)), tomato puree (70 g), vegetable stock (of 1 tablet), paprika mix ((3 pieces of green, red and yellow), in small pieces), tuna (moot in water (a 195 g) and in pieces).
Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 2 minutes.
Add the rice, herbs and tomato paste and stir well.
Pour some hot vegetable stock every time, wait until the stock is completely absorbed by the rice and then add the next dash of stock.
After 15-20 minutes, the rice is done and almost all the stock is done.
Meanwhile, cook the peppers in a frying pan in the remaining oil for 3 minutes.
Add the tuna and warm for 1 minute.
Add this mixture to the rice and mix well.
Season with salt and pepper..
