Clean the potatoes and cut into quarters. Boil the potatoes in little water with salt in about 15 minutes until done.

Remove the stalk and the tip of the green beans. Boil the beans in water with salt in 5 minutes until al dente. Rinse briefly under the cold tap.

Meanwhile pour away the tuna and the corn. Loosen the fish with a fork.

Spoon the mayonnaise and lemon juice through the tuna and season with (freshly ground) salt and pepper. Slice the parsley.

Stir in the corn and green beans through the warm potatoes. Divide the tuna over the salad and sprinkle with the parsley and season with pepper.
