Cut the tuna into cubes. Spoon the pieces of tuna with the soy sauce and lime juice.

Season with salt and ground chilli flakes. If you do not like (very) spicy, do not use too many chili flakes.

Cut the spring onion fine. Divide the tuna tartar over the glasses and sprinkle with the spring onions.
