Turkey breast alla pizzaiola
Turkey filet with oregano from the oven, served with paprika on a ciabatta.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Sprinkle the turkey fillet with salt and pepper. Grease the oven dish. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the turkey breast in 1 min. Per side brown and place in the baking dish. Sprinkle with the oregano.

Press the garlic over the same pan. Fry the garlic for about 1 min. Add the tomatoes. Press them with the spatula piece and leave to reduce in 5 minutes to a thick sauce. Season with the rest of the oregano, pepper and salt.

Cut the mozzarella into slices. Spoon the sauce over the meat and spread the mozzarella over it. Fry the turkey fillet in the oven for 15-20 minutes.

In the meantime cut the peppers into strips. Heat in a stirring residue of the oil. Fry the pepper in 4 minutes until al dente. Press the last clove of garlic and cook for 1 min. Season with pepper and salt.

Cut the ciabatta into slices. Serve the turkey breast with the paprika and the ciabatta.
