Turkey breast with mozzarella and tomatoes
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, turkey breast (about 350 g), onions, liquid margarine, tagliatelle (bag of 500 g), pasta sauce (Toscana, 260 g), peeled tomatoes (400 g), mozzarella (cheese and 125 g).

Distribute turkey fillets into four pieces and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Peel and chop onions.

Heat margarine in pan and brown in 15 min.

Brown and cooked through.

Tagliatelle according to instructions on cooking until al dente.

Preheat the oven grill.

Mix the Toscana sauce and peeled tomatoes and heat on medium heat.

Cut Mozzarella into slices.

Remove turkey from pan, place in oven dish and add tomato sauce.

Spread Mozzarella over turkey and leave to grill for a few minutes under grill.
