Turkey fillet in cream-soy sauce with green vegetables and cauliflower rice
Rice dish with cauliflower rice, turkey breast, celery, cream sauce with soy sauce, green beans, asparagus broccoli and curry.

Cut the turkey breast into strips in width. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the turkey fillet over medium heat for 2 minutes.

Add the flour and celery and cook for 1 min. Add the cream, soy sauce and the water and cook for 5 minutes on low heat. Stir frequently. Season with pepper.

Meanwhile, cook the green beans in a generous pan of water in 6 minutes until al dente. Halve the asparagus broccoli and add to the beans after 3 minutes.

Meanwhile, stir the remaining oil in a stirring stir fry the cauliflower rice with the curry for 3 minutes on a high heat.

Spoon the green vegetables, the cauliflower rice and turkey breast in cream sauce on the plates and serve.
