Turkey finch with leeks and puree
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, almond shavings, mashed potatoes (frozen, 750 g), leeks à la crème (frozen, a 450 g), turkey fillets (total approx. 400 g), Provençal herbs, Kempisch ham (raw ham) and butter.

Spread golden brown in dry frying pan almond shavings.

Cool on plate.

According to instructions, heat mashed potatoes in microwave.

Warm the leek in pan.

Meanwhile, halve turkey fillets in the length and sprinkle with pepper and herbs.

Fill filets with ham.

Heat butter in large frying pan and turkey fillets in 3-4 min.

Spread the leek, mashed potatoes and turkey fillets over four plates.
