Directions

  1. Spread golden brown in dry frying pan almond shavings.
  2. Cool on plate.
  3. According to instructions, heat mashed potatoes in microwave.
  4. Warm the leek in pan.
  5. Meanwhile, halve turkey fillets in the length and sprinkle with pepper and herbs.
  6. Fill filets with ham.
  7. Heat butter in large frying pan and turkey fillets in 3-4 min.
  8. Spread the leek, mashed potatoes and turkey fillets over four plates.
  9. Mashed potatoes with almond shavings..
