Turkey in lime coconut sauce
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, lime, broccoli, white rice, oil, turkey breast (diced) and coconut milk (400 ml).

Clean the lime, grate the green skin and squeeze the fruit. Divide the broccoli into florets and cut the stem into slices.

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the turkey breasts around brown. Add the lime zest and the coconut milk and bring to the boil. Turn down the heat and roast the turkey fillet for 15 minutes. After 10 minutes, take the lid off the pan and allow the cooking liquid to reduce to the desired thickness. Add the lime juice and pepper and salt to taste.

In the meantime, boil the broccoli in a little water with salt in 5 minutes until al dente and drain.

Divide the rice over 4 deep plates and scoop the turkey with the lime coconut sauce. Serve with broccoli and possibly a slice of lime.
