Turkey pancake with apple


Pancakes made from spelled flour, turmeric, cinnamon, eggs, blond beer, milk and maple syrup.

Directions

  1. Peel the apple, remove the core and cut it into thin sections.
  2. Mix with a whisk the spelled flour with the turmeric, cinnamon, salt, eggs and beer in a bowl. Add the milk.
  3. Stir the apple slices through the batter.
  4. Heat one the oil in a large frying pan with non-stick coating. Spoon 1/8 of the batter into the pan and spread over the bottom.
  5. Make sure the apple slices are evenly distributed over the batter.
  6. Turn the pancake over and bake the other side brown. Repeat with the rest of the oil and the batter.
  7. Serve with the maple syrup.
