Turkey skewers with vegetable oil

Heat the oven grill.

Mix the soy sauce with the tomato puree, honey, oil, salt and pepper. Spoon half of them through the turkey cubes and marinate for 10-15 minutes.

Soak the skewers in water to prevent burning while grilling.

Thread the meat on the sticks and grill the turkey skewers 6-8 minutes (not too close) under the oven grill. Turn them occasionally.

Cook the noodles with the sugarsnaps and add the Chinese cabbages for the last 3 minutes.

Heat the chicken stock with the rest of the soy marinade and cook gently in a sauce for about 2 minutes.

Let the noodles drain well with the vegetables. Serve the turkey skewers and pour the sauce over it.

Sprinkle with the onions.
