Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Cut each shallot into 4 parts. Clean the potatoes and cut them unscathed in length.
  3. Ris the needles of the rosemary and cut finely.
  4. Divide the potatoes and shallots over a griddle covered with baking paper and scoop with the oil, chopped rosemary and some pepper.
  5. Bake for about 30 minutes in the middle of the oven until golden brown and done. Spoon halfway. Meanwhile, halve the garlic.
  6. Heat the oil in a saucepan with the garlic and the rest of the rosemary twigs. Heat for 2 minutes on low heat. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
  7. Remove the stalk of the green beans and cook them in 8 minutes until al dente.
  8. Meanwhile, season the turkey steak with the rest of the oil and sprinkle with pepper.
  9. Heat the grill pan without oil or butter and grill the steak for 8-10 minutes. Turn halfway.
  10. Divide the turkey steak, green beans and the potato and shallot slices over the plates.
  11. Remove the rosemary and garlic from the oil and drizzle the dish with the oil.
