Hamburgers with mushroom cream sauce
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potatoes (large (bag 3 kg), peeled), sauerkraut (natural (500 g)), butter, hamburgers (4 pieces), onion (chopped), mushrooms ((250 g), in slices), red pepper (in strips) and whipped cream (200 ml).

Cut the potatoes into pieces and cook until done according to the instructions on the package.

Stew the sauerkraut in 10 g butter, covered and on a flame distributor, approx.

10 min.

Scoop occasionally.

Heat the remaining butter in a frying pan or frying pan and fry the hamburgers according to the instructions on the package.

Remove them from the pan and cover with aluminum foil.

Fry the onion, mushrooms and paprika in the same pan for 5 minutes.

Pour in the cream and bring to the boil.

Season with salt and pepper.
