Pappardelle with smoked salmon steaks and asparagus tips
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, pappardelle (pasta) (250 g Delverde), white wine sauce ((fish sauce à 150 g), asparagus tips (à 100 g), fresh basil (15 g), warm smoked salmon steak (2 packs à ca 225 g AH) and (freshly ground) black pepper.

Cook Pappardelle according to instructions.

Meanwhile, heat the fish sauce according to the instructions for use.

Prepare asparagus tips for about 3 minutes.

Cut the basil into strips.
