Creamy spaghetti with salmon strips
Pasta with fish, spaghetti, courgettes, cherry tomatoes, salmon strips and cream.

Cook the spaghetti al dente according to the instructions on the package.

Halve the zucchini in the length and cut the 2 halves into slices. Halve the cherry tomatoes.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the zucchini for 3 minutes. Add the tomato and the salmon and cook for 3 minutes.

Pour in the cooking cream and heat for 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Mix in the spaghetti and heat for another 1 min. Spread over deep bowls.
