Directions

  1. In a bowl mix the flour with the yeast, salt, yogurt, three or four tablespoons of water and two tablespoons of olive oil and knead the dough on the work surface for 5-8 minutes until it is supple and elastic.
  2. Let the dough in the bowl covered with plastic wrap rise for 1 hour until the volume has doubled.
  3. Cut the lamb with a large sharp knife into thin strips and finely chop the strips.
  4. Mix the chopped meat in a bowl with chopped onion, harissa or sambal, paprika powder, finely chopped parsley, some salt and freshly ground black pepper and two tablespoons of olive oil.
  5. Preheat the oven to 250 ° C.
  6. Divide the dough into four portions and roll out two portions on a work surface greased with olive oil into thin paper pizzas with a diameter of 18-20 cm.
  7. Place these pizza bases on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and spread half of the meat mixture.
  8. Slide the baking tray into a ridge in the middle of the oven and bake the pizzas in a crisp brown color for 8-10 minutes.
  9. In the meantime, make the other pizzas and bake them in the oven.
  10. Put the pizzas on plates and divide the chopped lettuce, diced tomato and feta over it.
