In a bowl mix the flour with the yeast, salt, yogurt, three or four tablespoons of water and two tablespoons of olive oil and knead the dough on the work surface for 5-8 minutes until it is supple and elastic.

Let the dough in the bowl covered with plastic wrap rise for 1 hour until the volume has doubled.

Cut the lamb with a large sharp knife into thin strips and finely chop the strips.

Mix the chopped meat in a bowl with chopped onion, harissa or sambal, paprika powder, finely chopped parsley, some salt and freshly ground black pepper and two tablespoons of olive oil.

Preheat the oven to 250 ° C.

Divide the dough into four portions and roll out two portions on a work surface greased with olive oil into thin paper pizzas with a diameter of 18-20 cm.
