Directions

  1. Remove the skin from the sausages and crumble the meat. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the sausage meat in a medium heat for 3 minutes.
  2. Slice the parsley, add with the tomato paste and ketchup to the sausage meat and fry for 1 min.
  3. Halve the peppers in the length, remove the stem and seeds and cut the flesh into long, thin strips.
  4. Halve the unpeeled cucumber lengthwise, remove the seeds with a spoon and cut into long thin strips. Halve the bars.
  5. In the meantime, heat the tortillas according to the instructions on the packaging.
