Directions

  1. Sprinkle the meat with cinnamon powder, cloves powder and pepper. Heat the olive oil and fry the meat cubes around brown. Add salt to taste.
  2. Fry the shallots for 5 minutes. Press the garlic cloves above it. Add 2 dl of water and simmer for at least 1 hour with lid on the pan.
  3. Let the peppers and dates simmer for the last 20 minutes. Add the banana slices for the last 5 minutes.
  4. Serve the dish, sprinkled with parsley, with brown rice or mashed potatoes.
