Cuban entrecotes à la minute
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, limes (scrubbed), olive oil, garlic (pressed), red pepper (finely chopped), ground cumin (djinten), ground coriander (ketoembar), cinnamon powder and sirloin steak (a la minute).

Peel thinly from limes and press fruit. In a bowl mix lemon zest, lime juice, oil, garlic, pepper, cumin, coriander and cinnamon powder. Rub in the entrecotes with a spice mixture and place on a plate. Cover plate and marinate entrecotes in refrigerator for at least 45 minutes.

Entrecotes on well greased grate or greased grill topper on each side approx. 2 min. Grilling. Sprinkle meat with salt. Delicious with pineapple salsa and Mexican tortilla salad.
