Turret of mozzarella and gallia ham


A tasty Italian recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: meat, vine tomatoes (or 2 beef tomatoes), extra virgin olive oil with basil, salt and freshly ground black pepper, mozzarella (cheese a 125 g), rucola salad (75 g), Gallia ham (8 slices) and fresh basil (15 g).

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven grill.
  2. Cut top and bottom of tomatoes, cut tomatoes into 4 nice slices.
  3. Place slices on baking sheet and sprinkle with basil oil, salt and pepper.
  4. Roast tomatoes for about 2 minutes under grill and allow to cool.
  5. Meanwhile, drain mozzarella and cut into cubes.
  6. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  7. Roughly cut rocket.
  8. Paste ham in length double fold.
  9. Picking basil stalks, roughly tearing large leaves.
  10. Place the ring mold on the plate and place the tomato in it.
  11. Place a layer of arugula on tomato.
  12. Put a quarter of mozzarella cubes on top, press down slightly.
  13. Cover with slice of tomato.
  14. Carefully pull the ring shape upwards and remove it.
  15. Make a slice of ham around 2 slices of slat.
  16. So make 3 more turrets.
  17. Sprinkle basil leaves around and grind coarsely pepper over plates as a garnish..
