Turret of mozzarella and gallia ham
A tasty Italian recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: meat, vine tomatoes (or 2 beef tomatoes), extra virgin olive oil with basil, salt and freshly ground black pepper, mozzarella (cheese a 125 g), rucola salad (75 g), Gallia ham (8 slices) and fresh basil (15 g).

Preheat the oven grill.

Cut top and bottom of tomatoes, cut tomatoes into 4 nice slices.

Place slices on baking sheet and sprinkle with basil oil, salt and pepper.

Roast tomatoes for about 2 minutes under grill and allow to cool.

Meanwhile, drain mozzarella and cut into cubes.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Roughly cut rocket.
-
Paste ham in length double fold.
-
Picking basil stalks, roughly tearing large leaves.

Place the ring mold on the plate and place the tomato in it.

Place a layer of arugula on tomato.
-
Put a quarter of mozzarella cubes on top, press down slightly.

Cover with slice of tomato.
-
Carefully pull the ring shape upwards and remove it.

Make a slice of ham around 2 slices of slat.
-
So make 3 more turrets.

Sprinkle basil leaves around and grind coarsely pepper over plates as a garnish..
