Preheat the oven to 160 ° C. Mix the mince with the egg, the garlic, the onion, the green herbs, salt and pepper.

Press half of the minced meat mixture into the mold. Place the slices of tomato, the ham strips, the olives, the anchovies and sprinkle the cheese over them.

Press the rest of the minced meat firmly. Place a sheet of baking paper with aluminum foil on top. Put the mold in a roasting pan.

Fill this in half way with hot water. Put the roasting pan with the minced meat in the middle of the oven for 1 hour.

Remove baking paper and foil and bake for about 20 minutes until the crust turns brown.
