Tuscan stuffed fillet with garlic spinach
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: leaf spinach cubes (frozen, a 450 g), onions, garlic, olive oil, stuffed fillets with mozzarella and tomato sauce (a 200 g), mashed potatoes (frozen, 750 g) and black olives (in slices ( pot a 240 g)).

Fry spinach in pan on a low heat.

Peel and chop onion and garlic.

Fry 2 tbsp oil in frying pan and fry onion and garlic.

Drain spinach, add to garlic mixture and heat through and through.

Season with salt and pepper.

Fry residual oil in frying pan with non-stick coating and cook in Tuscan fillets for 4 minutes.

Mash mashed potatoes according to instructions and stir in olive slices.

Serve fillets with spinach and puree..
