Grilled fish skewers
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, lemon, garlic, dried rosemary, olive oil, salmon fillet, catfish fillet and victorian fillet.

Bathe sticks in water (to prevent burning).

Halve lemon, squeeze out half of fruit, cut half in 4 parts.

Peel the garlic and press it over a deep plate.

Mix lemon juice, oil and rosemary with garlic.

Dice fish fillets in dice and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Place fish cubes in marinade for 10 minutes, regularly shoveling.

Preheat the grill pan or oven grill.

Remove fish cubes from marinade and string them on saté sticks.

Place skewers and lemon wedges side by side in grill pan (for nice grill motif) or place on baking sheet and slide 10 cm under grill.

Fry fish and lemon for 6-8 minutes, until fish is just tender and lemon starts to color.

Both halfway times.

Spread the skewers over four plates and put lemon on the side to squeeze over fish.
