                                Bring the water with the oil to a boil in a large pan. Remove the pan from the heat and add the couscous and raisins. Let cover for 2 minutes.

                                Grate the orange zest off and scoop the grater and oil through the couscous. Stir frequently with a fork.

                                Meanwhile, heat the grill pan. Brush the chicken fillet with the oil and sprinkle with pepper. Grill the chicken fillet in 2 min. Per side golden brown and done.

                                Slice the garlic. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fruit the garlic 30 sec. Add the spinach in parts and let it shrink all the time. Add pepper.

                                Season the couscous with pepper and salt and spread with the spinach over the plates.

                                Put the chicken fillet there and sprinkle with the za'atar. Bon appétit! .
