Ingredients
- 2 medium sized egg
- 300 g almond paste
- 4 broken Elstar apple or other freshly sweet apples
- 410 g half peaches in syrup look
- 2 el granulated sugar
- 3 el brown rum liquor
- 2 tl ground cinnamon
- 1 tl 5 spice powder
- 400 g mix for apple pie
- 150 g unsalted butter
- 175 g unroasted unsalted nut mix natural bin
- 3 el acacia honey bottle 350 g

Directions

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

Beat the eggs and mix (for 1 pie) 2 tbsp egg with the almond paste.

Peal the apples. Cut the peaches and the apples into pieces.

Mix the apple and peach pieces with the sugar, rum, cinnamon, five-spice powder and 1 tbsp apple pie mix (to bind the moisture).

Mix the rest of the apple pie mix with the rest of the egg and the butter into a smooth dough.

Grease the spring form with butter.

Line the bottom and edges of the mold with the dough.

Divide the almond paste over the bottom and add the seasoned apple-peach mixture.

Fold the edges of the dough over the apple mixture so that you get an edge of approx. 2 cm.

Bake the apple pie in the middle of the hot oven in approx. 50 minutes until tender and golden brown. Take the cake out of the oven.

Heat a frying pan and toast the nuts for approx. 3 min.

Add the honey to the nuts and heat for 1 min.

Spoon the honey-nut mixture over the apple pie. Allow the cake to cool to room temperature.
