A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, multigrain rice (275 g), garlic (pressed), parsley ((30 g), finely chopped), butter (at room temperature), chicken breast, egg (beaten), breadcrumbs, paprika mix ((3 pieces) ) and in cubes).

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Stir in the garlic, 1 tbsp parsley and salt and pepper through 50 g butter. Cut open the chicken fillets as an envelope. Fill them with the herb butter. Fold tightly and fasten with cocktail sticks.

Put the egg and breadcrumbs each in a deep plate. Sprinkle the chicken with salt and pepper and pass through the egg and breadcrumbs. Heat 25 g of butter in a frying pan and fry the chicken over medium heat for 15 minutes. Cut into slices.

In the meantime, heat 25 g of butter in a frying pan. Fry the pepper for 10 minutes. Drain the rice. Add the rice and the rest of the parsley to the paprika and cook for 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Divide over 4 plates and serve with the chicken kiev.
