Veal with tarragon onions sauce


A tasty Spanish recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, onions, garlic, olive oil, dried tarragon, veal steaks, pepper, fresh parsley, black olives (without pit), dry white wine and flower to pollinate.

Directions

  1. Peel onions and cut into thin rings.
  2. Garlic peel and halve cloves.
  3. Heat olive oil in frying pan and add onion rings, garlic and tarragon.
  4. Place a very low heat and bake onions on soft heat for 15 minutes, until onions are soft but not brown.
  5. Meanwhile, sprinkle veal steaks with flour and sprinkle pepper over it.
  6. Chop minced parsley and cut olives into rings.
  7. Peel onion mixture out of pan and set aside.
  8. Put the fire high and in the remaining oil veal steaks in 2 to 4 minutes around browning.
  9. Remove steaks from pan and keep them warm.
  10. Pour white wine into pan and add onions.
  11. Allow to simmer over medium heat in approx.
  12. 2 minutes.
  13. Add parsley and olives and mix with onion mixture.
  14. Fry onion sauce over steaks and serve..
