Ultimate pantosti with fresh tomato dip
Tosti baked in the pan with mature cheese, ham and a dip of mayonnaise, tomatoes and spicy sauce.

Place the slices of bread with half of the cheese. Divide the slices of ham and then the rest of the cheese.

Put the remaining slices of bread on it. Spread the tops with 1 tsp mayonnaise per toasted sandwich.

Heat 2 frying pans on low heat and place the sandwiches with the mayonnaise side down in the pans.

Now coat the tops with the rest of the mayonnaise. Turn the sandwiches after 4 minutes when they are golden brown and cook for another 3 minutes.

Meanwhile cut the tomatoes in half and grate them on a coarse grater. Mix in the chipotle and olive oil. If necessary, season with salt.

Take the sandwiches out of the pan and cut them in half. Serve the tomato dip separately.
