Peel the apple, remove the core and cut the apple into cubes. Heat the butter in a frying pan until the foam dries. Divide the apple cubes in the pan and fry them all about brown and cooked. Put them on a plate.

Scoop the spice nuts and oatmeal through the remaining shortening and bake this mixture in 3-4 minutes until crispy crumble.

Pour the vanilla yogurt into bowls and spread the baked apple over it. Scoop the crumble over here.
