Veal schnitzel with sherry and olives
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, uncooked veal schnitzels, mild paprika, cold butter, garlic, fresh parsley ((30 g), finely chopped), black olives without pit (coarsely chopped) and sherry.

Season meat with paprika and salt and pepper to taste.

Fry 2 tablespoons of butter in frying pan with non-stick coating.

Meat in 6-8 min.

Golden brown and cooked through, halfway turning.

Remove the meat from the pan and leave it to rest in aluminum foil.

Peel the garlic and press it over shortening.

Pour the parsley and olives through shortening and add sherry.

Bring to the boil while stirring.

Cut the rest of the butter into lumps and stir through the gravy.

Rub the jus gently.

Divide the meat over four warm plates and pour over gravy..
