Veal schnitzels with parma ham


A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, veal schnitzels, Fiorucci Prosciutto di Parma (ham), sage leaves (from bag of fresh Italian spice mix, 20 g), olive oil, Marsala (liquorice), beef broth (from tablet or from pot) and butter.

Directions

  1. Cut meat in half widthwise and sprinkle with pepper.
  2. Place 1 slice of ham and 1 leaf of sage on each piece of meat.
  3. Secure with cocktail sticks.
  4. Heat oil in a large frying pan and bake cutlets 1-2 min.
  5. Per side.
  6. Remove the meat from the pan and place on a preheated dish.
  7. Sprinkle with salt and keep warm.
  8. Block out residual shortening with marsala.
  9. Bring the bouillon.
  10. Dismantle with wooden spatula.
  11. Cook the sauce to half on high heat.
  12. Stir in the butter and let it melt.
  13. Sow sauce over meat and serve..
