Vega burger with Mediterranean vegetable
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: potatoes (solid, scrubbed), olive oil, eggplant (in half slices), zucchini (in half slices), garlic (pressed), dried thyme and vegetarian (hamburger (a 2 pieces)).

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Cut the potatoes into pieces and spread them over a baking sheet covered with the baking paper. Drizzle with 2 tbsp oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Roast in approx. 40 min. Golden brown.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry the aubergine for 3 min. Add the zucchini and cook for another 5 min. Add the garlic and the thyme and cook for another 1 min. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Heat the rest of the oil in another frying pan and fry the burgers for 4-5 minutes until done. Times regularly. Divide them with vegetables over 4 plates and add the roasted potato parts. Tasty with garlic sauce.
