A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: white rice (bag a 1 kg), corn kernels (198 g), tomatoes, avocados, lemon, sunflower oil, onion (chopped) and vegetarian burgers (a 150 g / 2 pieces).

Directions

  1. Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Add the corn with moisture for the last 2 minutes.
  2. Cut the tomatoes finely, remove the seeds and the moisture. Halve the avocados, remove the kernel, scoop out the flesh and cut into small pieces. Squeeze out the lemon. Beat a dressing of the oil and lemon juice. Mix the tomatoes, avocado and onion through the dressing and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Prepare the burgers according to the instructions on the package. Drain the rice with corn. Spoon some rice with corn on 4 plates, add a hamburger and divide the avocado salsa over it.
