Vegan crème brûlée
Vegan recipe for crème brûlée of vanilla, coconut milk, almond milk, cane sugar and agar agar.

Cut the vanilla pod with a sharp knife in the length. Scrape the marrow out with the tip of the knife.

Bring the coconut milk, almond milk, cane sugar, agar agar, vanilla pod and marrow to the boil while stirring.

Remove from heat as soon as it boils and allow to cool to room temperature. Remove the vanilla pod.

Divide the mixture over the dishes. Allow to set for 1 hour in the refrigerator.

Sprinkle the cream with the rest of the cane sugar. Caramelize the sugar evenly with a burner.
