A nice Mediterranean recipe. The dessert contains the following ingredients: volley yoghurt, mango (peeled), pouring honey (bottle 450 g) and pistachios (chopped (box 95 g)).

Directions

  1. Rinse a clean tea towel under the tap and wring it out.
  2. Place the tea towel in a sieve and place it on a bowl or pan.
  3. Pour in the yogurt.
  4. Cover and drain in the refrigerator for 12 hours.
  5. Cut the flesh of the mango into cubes of 2 cm.
  6. Mix with the honey and spoon 3/4 of the fruit through the hanging cup.
  7. Garnish with the pistachio nuts and the rest of the mango..
